Worship & a Tent Peg

Listen.

I’m gonna be vulnerable for a minute.

Anyone that knows me, knows that music has been a driving force in my life, for my entire life…

With that being said, when you’re commissioned by the Lord & your peers to GO, & prophetic words have been released over it all, the level of warfare becomes very heavy. A new level of it, if you will…

The warfare comes directly against the CALL & the ASSIGNMENT.

I won’t get into specifics about what Ive been commissioned to do, as some of you like to monitor in untrustworthy ways…

I will say that music is a portion of it…& I will leave it there.

Enter vulnerability here:

The warfare since my commissioning has been so intense that I totally shut down. Don’t get me wrong, I fully trust my God to deliver me. But, this has been different. The level of difficulty has been stifling & intense…the COST. The LIMP.

I don’t back down easily. Not at all.

And again, those that know me, know this about me well.

When I tell you I shut down, I. Shut. Down.

You wanna know what’s crazy???

MONTHS of what felt like hell & heartbreak were my only option, absolutely destroyed in one moment of true worship….(in addition to a raw prayer session with a good friend/mentor the day before said worship moment)

My worship was the tent peg.

Say it with me,

“My. Worship. Is. A. Tent. Peg. In. satan’s. Skull.”

One raw moment of worship KILLED his attack on me. One. ((((1))))

Took that devil down.

What I want you to see here is that I was commissioned back to music (partially) & the enemy brought an outright attack against my voice….

I quit singing. I quit reading the Word. I quit listening to praise & worship music.

I. Went. Silent.

Gods solution & deliverance?????

SING!

“Open. Your. Mouth. And. Sing.!”

“Drive. him. OUT!”

“Push. him. BACK!”

Know what I did???

I opened my mouth and sang!

I drove that petulant devil OUT!

I pushed that sucker BACK!

In JESUS name!

satan hates when God pours oil on you!

Why?

That oil on you is a gift for OTHERS!!!

That oil carries freedom, healing, goodness, love, compassion for GOD’s CHILDREN!

(And they NEED it!!)

It carries His MULTIPLICATION!!!

That oil is PROOF of His realness!!

That oil is PROOF of His closeness!!

That oil is PROOF of His desire for those in waiting!

Listen,

God is the deliverer.

YOU are the route He takes to get it to others.

YOU are the chosen avenue of travel for His Word.

YOU are CHOSEN to be a Kingdom Partner and WITNESS.= PARTICIPATION!

Get. Up!

Drive the tent peg IN!!!
